目的:探讨泌尿外科优质护理的实施方法及管理成效。方法:选择泌尿外科收治的177例患者,随机将患者分为观察组89例与对照组88例,对照组患者给予常规护理模式,观察组患者采用优质护理模式。结果:两组患者在护理满意度、护理缺陷发生情况及纠纷发生情况对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理提高护理满意度及护士对自身价值的认同感,是未来护理工作发展的趋势。

목적:탐토비뇨외과우질호리적실시방법급관리성효。방법:선택비뇨외과수치적177례환자,수궤장환자분위관찰조89례여대조조88례,대조조환자급여상규호리모식,관찰조환자채용우질호리모식。결과:량조환자재호리만의도、호리결함발생정황급규분발생정황대비차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:우질호리제고호리만의도급호사대자신개치적인동감,시미래호리공작발전적추세。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of implementation Methods and management of Urology quality care.Methods Select clinical data from 177 cases of patients admitted to the Department of Urology,patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group 89 cases,88 cases in the control group were treated with routine care model,the observation group were treated with high-quality care model. Results Two groups of patients in nursing satisfaction,nursing defect cases and disputes contrast to the situation were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality care to improve the care and nurse satisfaction with the value of their own identity,is the development trend of future care.
