Allergic purpura%Integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment
目的：浅析临床诊治小儿过敏性紫癜患者。方法随机分组治疗我院收治的过敏性紫癜患儿。对照组：口服泼尼松,2mg/次,3次/d,症状减轻后,改为2次/d,逐渐减量；维生素C治疗,治疗20d。试验组：在对照组的治疗基础上,采用自拟汤药。2次/d,1剂/d,水煎服,中药与西药的服药时间需间隔30min,治疗20d。结果试验组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,有统计学意义(<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗是小儿过敏性紫癜的首选有效措施。

목적：천석림상진치소인과민성자전환자。방법수궤분조치료아원수치적과민성자전환인。대조조：구복발니송,2mg/차,3차/d,증상감경후,개위2차/d,축점감량；유생소C치료,치료20d。시험조：재대조조적치료기출상,채용자의탕약。2차/d,1제/d,수전복,중약여서약적복약시간수간격30min,치료20d。결과시험조적림상료효명현우우대조조,유통계학의의(<0.01)。결론중서의결합치료시소인과민성자전적수선유효조시。
Objective To analyze clinical diagnosis on patients with pediatric al ergic purpura.Methods Al ergic purpura patients in our hospital were randomly divided into groups.Patients in control group took prednisone,2 mg/time,3 does/day,taken oral y.As the symptom decreased,they took drugs twice a day instead and gradual y reduced the number of drug.Besides they took vitamin C treatment. The treatment courses were 20 days.Patients in observation group,they added liquid form of itself based on the treatment of control group,2 times/day, 1 does/day,water decoction. The time of taken traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment need half an hour interval.The treatment courses were 20 days.Results The clinical ef ects of observation group were superior to the ef ects of control group. It had statistical significance ( <0.01).Conclusion Integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment was the preferred ef ective measures on cure of allergic purpura.
