目的：探讨萘哌地尔和托特罗定联合用药治疗经尿道前列腺电切（TURP）术后继发膀胱过度活动症（OAB）的疗效。方法：选择68例经尿道前列腺电切（TURP）术后继发OAB的患者，随机分为对照组与试验组，其中对照组采用托特罗定单独用药，试验组采用萘哌地尔和托特罗定联合用药，每组34例。观察患者在用药前和用药后5周的相关指标，进行比较并记录患者存在的不良反应。结果：试验组夜尿次数低于对照组（P＜0.05），试验组IPSS评分和QOL评分低于对照组（P＜0.05），但Qmax、PVR和尿急自评分两组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：在排除逼尿肌存在收缩无力和膀胱出口梗阻解除术后情况下，采用萘哌地尔和托特罗定治疗OAB症，存在很好的安全性和疗效。

목적：탐토내고지이화탁특라정연합용약치료경뇨도전렬선전절（TURP）술후계발방광과도활동증（OAB）적료효。방법：선택68례경뇨도전렬선전절（TURP）술후계발OAB적환자，수궤분위대조조여시험조，기중대조조채용탁특라정단독용약，시험조채용내고지이화탁특라정연합용약，매조34례。관찰환자재용약전화용약후5주적상관지표，진행비교병기록환자존재적불량반응。결과：시험조야뇨차수저우대조조（P＜0.05），시험조IPSS평분화QOL평분저우대조조（P＜0.05），단Qmax、PVR화뇨급자평분량조간차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론：재배제핍뇨기존재수축무력화방광출구경조해제술후정황하，채용내고지이화탁특라정치료OAB증，존재흔호적안전성화료효。
Objective To investigate the naftopidil and Toth Luoding combination therapy of transurethral resection of prostate(TURP) postoperative secondary overactive bladder(OAB) effect.Methods 68 cases of transurethral resection of prostate(TURP) in patients with OAB after surgery, were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,the control group with tolterodine Luoding alone,test group was treated with naftopidil and Toth Luoding combination therapy,34 patients in each group.Related indexes were observed in 5 weeks before and after the treatment,and compared the adverse reactions in patients with.Results In the experimental group,nocturia frequency lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),IPSS group and QOL score was lower than the control group(P<0.05),but Qmax,PVR and urgency since the score difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the exclusion of detrusor contraction of bladder outlet obstruction exists weakness and relieve postoperative cases,use of naftopidil and Toth Luoding treatment of OAB disease,safety and good effect.
