目的：比较不同剂量黄体酮对习惯性早期流产患者的临床效果。方法：将50例习惯性早期流产患者按照黄体酮用药剂量不同分为两组：大剂量组25例和小剂量组25例，所有患者连续治疗2个月后进行相关指标统计并比较差异性。结果：大剂量组体内血清HCG平均值为（22199±208）IU/L，E2平均值（1098±75）pmol/L，P平均值（135±27）nmol/L，明显高于小剂量组统计结果（P＜0.05），保胎治疗结束后，大剂量组保胎成功率为96%（24/25），明显高于小剂量组（P＜0.05）。结论：40mg剂量黄体酮加2000 U剂量HCG在治疗习惯性早期流产方面具有较高的疗效和安全性。
목적：비교불동제량황체동대습관성조기유산환자적림상효과。방법：장50례습관성조기유산환자안조황체동용약제량불동분위량조：대제량조25례화소제량조25례，소유환자련속치료2개월후진행상관지표통계병비교차이성。결과：대제량조체내혈청HCG평균치위（22199±208）IU/L，E2평균치（1098±75）pmol/L，P평균치（135±27）nmol/L，명현고우소제량조통계결과（P＜0.05），보태치료결속후，대제량조보태성공솔위96%（24/25），명현고우소제량조（P＜0.05）。결론：40mg제량황체동가2000 U제량HCG재치료습관성조기유산방면구유교고적료효화안전성。
Objective To compare the effect of different doses of progesterone treating habitual abortion.Methods 50 cases patients according to the different treatment Methods are divided into two groups:25cases of large dose group and 25 cases of small dose group,all patients were treated with continuous statistical indicators in February after and to compare sex.Results The high dose group of serum HCG average value <br> was(22 199±208)IU/L,the mean value of e2 (1 098±75)pmol/L,the mean value of P (135±27) nmol/L,was significantly higher than that of small dose group(P<0.05),the statistical Results after the treatment,the high dose group of pregnancy rate was 96%(24/25),was significantly higher than that of small dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy and safety of 40 mg dose of +2 000 U HCG with high doses of progesterone in the treatment of habitual abortion aspects.
