目的:为及时掌握了解我县健康儿童常规免疫的抗体水平,评价疫苗接种效果及目标儿童免疫状况,为制定免疫策略及防治措施提供依据。方法随机采集150名0~14岁健康儿童5ml静脉血清标本,采用酶联免疫法及微量血球凝集实验、间接血球凝集实验、细胞中和实验。结果麻疹抗体阳转率为94%,风疹抗体阳转率16.67%,百日咳抗体阳转率89.33%,白喉抗体阳转率89.33%,破伤风抗体阳转率90.67%,A群流脑抗体阳转率96.67%,C群流脑抗体阳转率93.33%,甲肝抗体阳转率46.67%,结核菌素试验阳转率40.54%,脊灰抗体保护率100%,乙肝疫苗抗体阳转率69%。结论通过此次儿童免疫抗体水平监测得知,我县0~14岁儿童加强免疫规划工作仍有待加强,提高接种质量,杜绝无效接种,才能保证形成有效免疫屏障。

Objective To grasp the understanding of antibody level in healthy children routine immunization of our county, evaluation of effect of vaccination andimmune status of target children, provide the basis for the development of immunization and prevention measures. Methods The random sampling of 150 healthy children aged 0~14 5ml venousserum samples, the ELISA and micro cellagglutination test, indirect hemagglutination test, cellneutralization test. Results The measles antibody positive conversion rate was 94%, the positive seroconversion rate of pertussis antibody positive conversion rate of16.67%, 89.33%, diphtheria antibody positive conversion rate was 89.33%, tetanus antibody positive conversion rate of 90.67%, group A epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis antibody positive conversion rate of 96.67%, group C epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis antibody positive conversion rate was 93.33%, hepatitis A antibody positive conversion rate was 46.67%, positive tuberculin test conversion rate is 40.54%, the poliomyelitis antibody protection rate of 100%, hepatitis B vaccineantibody positive conversion rate of 69%. Conclusion By monitoring the antibody level in the immunization of children that the children of 0~14 years old, my county to strengthen immunization planning still needs to be strengthened, improving vaccination quality, avoid inef ective vaccination, in order to ensure the ef ective immune barrier.
