目的：探讨艾箱灸解除骨科患者术后尿潴留的应用价值。方法：将67例骨科术后尿潴留的患者随机分为2组，对照组采用常规诱导排尿法，无效患者行导尿术；观察组采用艾箱艾灸关元穴、气海穴、中极穴、双侧水道穴15～20分钟，无效行导尿法。两组进行疗效比较。结果：两组比较，观察组比对照组总有效率更为显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；结论：艾箱灸对解除科患者术后尿潴留有显著效果，此方法可以在临床上推广应用。

목적：탐토애상구해제골과환자술후뇨저류적응용개치。방법：장67례골과술후뇨저류적환자수궤분위2조，대조조채용상규유도배뇨법，무효환자행도뇨술；관찰조채용애상애구관원혈、기해혈、중겁혈、쌍측수도혈15～20분종，무효행도뇨법。량조진행료효비교。결과：량조비교，관찰조비대조조총유효솔경위현저，유통계학의의（P＜0.01）；결론：애상구대해제과환자술후뇨저류유현저효과，차방법가이재림상상추엄응용。
To investigate the application value of moxibustion in box for urine retention after orthopedic surgery. Methods: Sixty-seven cases of patients with urine retention after orthopedic surgery were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional inductive emiction, invalid patients were given catheterization; patients in the observation group were given moxibustion in box at Guanyuan, Qihai, Zhongji, Shuidao for 15-20 mins, invalid patients were given catheterization. The curative effects were compared.Results: Compared the two groups, the total effective rate of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion: Moxibustion in box has a significant effect on urine retention after orthopedic surgery which is worthy of clinical promotion.
