目的：通过对急性细菌性结膜炎患者结膜囊细菌含量的检测，探讨外障滴眼液熏洗是否对急性细菌性结膜炎有协同治疗作用。方法：临床收集急性细菌性结膜炎患者60例，随机分为观察组30例，对照组30例。两组同时使用左氧氟沙星滴眼液滴眼，观察组加用外障滴眼液熏洗，并对两组治疗前后对结膜囊分泌物进行培养。结果：在两组患者中，结膜囊分泌物细菌培养，革兰氏阳性菌占79.1%，革兰氏阴性菌占20.1%。经过治疗后，观察组再次培养1例细菌阳性，而对照组培养出8例阳性，两组比较x2=5.69，P＜0.05。结论：外障滴眼液熏洗方法对治疗细菌性结膜炎有协同治疗作用，在临床中值得推广。
목적：통과대급성세균성결막염환자결막낭세균함량적검측，탐토외장적안액훈세시부대급성세균성결막염유협동치료작용。방법：림상수집급성세균성결막염환자60례，수궤분위관찰조30례，대조조30례。량조동시사용좌양불사성적안액적안，관찰조가용외장적안액훈세，병대량조치료전후대결막낭분비물진행배양。결과：재량조환자중，결막낭분비물세균배양，혁란씨양성균점79.1%，혁란씨음성균점20.1%。경과치료후，관찰조재차배양1례세균양성，이대조조배양출8례양성，량조비교x2=5.69，P＜0.05。결론：외장적안액훈세방법대치료세균성결막염유협동치료작용，재림상중치득추엄。
