目的:探讨中药痰热清注射液对鲍氏不动杆菌外排泵adeB基因的影响。方法:选择我院自2013年5月~2014年1月临床中分离出的38株多药耐药鲍氏不动杆菌中应用外排泵抑制剂(CCCP)筛选对环丙沙星外排泵编码呈阳性的10株作为试验细菌株,利用琼脂对倍稀释法检测10株鲍氏不动杆菌对环丙沙星的最小抑制浓度,用同样方法检测痰热清注射液5mg/ml、10mg/ml、20mg/ml、40mg/ml作用后对10株细菌株的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)变化。结果:中药痰热清可以降低环丙沙星对鲍氏不动杆菌的MIC值,10mg/ml、20mg/ml组与5mg/ml组比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:痰热清可以抑制鲍氏不动杆菌的主动外排泵adeB,从而改善鲍氏不动杆菌对环丙沙星的耐药性。

목적:탐토중약담열청주사액대포씨불동간균외배빙adeB기인적영향。방법:선택아원자2013년5월~2014년1월림상중분리출적38주다약내약포씨불동간균중응용외배빙억제제(CCCP)사선대배병사성외배빙편마정양성적10주작위시험세균주,이용경지대배희석법검측10주포씨불동간균대배병사성적최소억제농도,용동양방법검측담열청주사액5mg/ml、10mg/ml、20mg/ml、40mg/ml작용후대10주세균주적최저억균농도(MIC)변화。결과:중약담열청가이강저배병사성대포씨불동간균적MIC치,10mg/ml、20mg/ml조여5mg/ml조비교,차이유통계학의의(P﹤0.05)。결론:담열청가이억제포씨불동간균적주동외배빙adeB,종이개선포씨불동간균대배병사성적내약성。
To study the effect of Tanreqing for the effect of acinetobacter spp efflux pump genes adeB. Methods: 10 strains of bacteria that was positive for the Ciprofloxacin effluxpump coded in the 38 drug-resistant Acinetobacter spp application efflux pump inhibitors (CCCP) in our hospital from May 2013 to January 2014 were chosen as the test bacterial strains. The agar dilution method was used to detect the minimum inhibitory concentrations of ciprofloxacin of 10 acinetobacter spp. The same method was used to detect the changes of 10 bacterial strains minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) after the application of Tanreqing 5mg/ml, 10mg/ml, 20mg / ml, 40mg/ml. Results: Tanreqing medicine could reduce the MIC values of ciprofloxacin for Acinetobacter spp, compared in 10mg/ml, 20mg/ml and 5mg/ml group, the difference was with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tanreqing can inhibit Acinetobacter spp active efflux pump adeB, thereby improve acinetobacter spp resistance of ciprofloxacin.
