目的：研究肝硬化腹水患者运用中西医结合治疗的临床治疗效果。方法：我院对2010年2月～2013年9月间进行诊治的124例肝硬化腹水患者的临床资料进行分析，对其采用中西医结合治疗的临床效果进行总结。结果：大多数的失代偿期的肝硬化腹水病人的腹水能够被消除，肝功能得到改善，经过治疗后，一般的生活均可以自理，但是仍有少部分顽固性腹水的患者或者终末期肝病的患者经过治疗后，临床症状改善的不理想。本文所选的124例患者，经过3个月的积极治疗，有64例患者痊愈，38例患者好转，22例患者无效，临床治疗有效率达到82.2%。结论：中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水的临床效果较为显著，能够有效的缓解门静脉压力，改善患者的肝功能，增强机体的免疫力，达到腹水消退的目的。
목적：연구간경화복수환자운용중서의결합치료적림상치료효과。방법：아원대2010년2월～2013년9월간진행진치적124례간경화복수환자적림상자료진행분석，대기채용중서의결합치료적림상효과진행총결。결과：대다수적실대상기적간경화복수병인적복수능구피소제，간공능득도개선，경과치료후，일반적생활균가이자리，단시잉유소부분완고성복수적환자혹자종말기간병적환자경과치료후，림상증상개선적불이상。본문소선적124례환자，경과3개월적적겁치료，유64례환자전유，38례환자호전，22례환자무효，림상치료유효솔체도82.2%。결론：중서의결합치료간경화복수적림상효과교위현저，능구유효적완해문정맥압력，개선환자적간공능，증강궤체적면역력，체도복수소퇴적목적。
To explore the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine on cirrhosis ascites. Methods: One hundred and twenty-four patients withcirrhosis ascites from February,2010 to September, 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and clinical effects of integrated Chinese and western medicine were summarized..Results: The ascites in most of cirrhosis patients during the decompensatory stage were eliminated and liver function was improved. After treatment, patients could take care of themselves, but few patients with refractory ascites or end-stage liver disease could not get improvement. After 3 months, 64 cases were cured, 38 cases improved, 22 cases invalid, and the clinical effective rate was 82.2%. Conclusion: Integrated Chinese and western medicine can relief portal venous pressure of the cirrhosis patients ,improve the liver function and enhance the immune function in order toeliminate ascites.
