目的:讨论研究应用人尿激肽原酶治疗急性脑梗死对患者血糖和血脂的影响与临床意义。方法:选取我院神经内科急性脑梗死患者100例。分为常规组与治疗组。常规组50例患者使用一般药物进行治疗;治疗组在常规组基础上使用人尿激肽原酶进行治疗。对其不同药物治疗后血糖、血脂及血液流变学指标进行比较。结果:应用人尿激肽原酶治疗后血液流变学各项指标均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者其血脂变化较常规组具有显著优势(P<0.05)。结论:应用人尿激肽原酶可明显改善患者神经功能缺失程度以及日常生活活动能力。可有效抑制血小板形成并改善脑部血管收缩程度,短时间内改善患者各类症状并控制疾病进一步发展。能够有效促进患者恢复速度并改善其预后情况,对提高疾病治疗效率及患者生活质量具有重要意义。

To discuss the clinical effect and significance of human urinary kallidinogenase onblood glucose and blood-lipid levels in the treatment ofacute brain obstruction.Methods:100 cases ofacute brain obstruction wereselected and divided into two groups, routine group and treatment group.50 patients in the routine group were treated with regular medicine, while patients in the treatmentgroup were treated withhuman urinary kallidinogenase based on the therapy for the routine group. Blood glucose, blood-lipid levels data and otherblood rheologyindexeswerecompared between these two groups. Results:The blood rheologyindexesof the treatment group weresignificantly lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05). The changes of blood-lipid in the treatment group had obvious advantages(P<0.05)compared to routine group. Conclusion: Human urinary kininogenase can significantly improveneurological function andactivities of daily life abilities of patients. It also caninhibitplatelet aggregation, improve different symptoms in a short time and increase the recovery rate improving life quality of the patients.
