目的：对使用中西医结合疗法治疗老年舒张性心力衰竭患者的临床效果进行分析。方法：随机从我院心内科2012年10月～2013年10月收治的老年舒张性心力衰竭患者中选取70例作为研究对象，并随机分成对照组和观察组，每组各35例。其中对照组使用西药治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上使用复方丹参滴丸治疗。治疗后，对比两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状评分和6min步行距离进行对比。结果：经对比，观察组的总有效率为97.14%，显著高于对照组的82.86%，差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。经治疗，两组患者的临床症状评分和治疗前相比，均明显下降，且观察组的评分显著低于对照组，治疗前后和组间差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。另外，观察组治疗后6min的步行距离为（319.3±42.5）m，显著高于对照组的（281.3±59.5）m，同时，两组的6min步行距离均显著高于治疗前，故组间对比和治疗前后对比均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：使用中西医结合的方法治疗老年舒张性心力衰竭可以有效提高治疗效果，降低临床症状评分，提高患者的生活质量，增加6min步行距离，临床效果显著，具有推广价值。

목적：대사용중서의결합요법치료노년서장성심력쇠갈환자적림상효과진행분석。방법：수궤종아원심내과2012년10월～2013년10월수치적노년서장성심력쇠갈환자중선취70례작위연구대상，병수궤분성대조조화관찰조，매조각35례。기중대조조사용서약치료，관찰조재대조조적기출상사용복방단삼적환치료。치료후，대비량조환자적림상료효、림상증상평분화6min보행거리진행대비。결과：경대비，관찰조적총유효솔위97.14%，현저고우대조조적82.86%，차이현저，구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。경치료，량조환자적림상증상평분화치료전상비，균명현하강，차관찰조적평분현저저우대조조，치료전후화조간차이균구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。령외，관찰조치료후6min적보행거리위（319.3±42.5）m，현저고우대조조적（281.3±59.5）m，동시，량조적6min보행거리균현저고우치료전，고조간대비화치료전후대비균구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：사용중서의결합적방법치료노년서장성심력쇠갈가이유효제고치료효과，강저림상증상평분，제고환자적생활질량，증가6min보행거리，림상효과현저，구유추엄개치。
Toanalyze theclinical effect ofintegrated Traditional Chinese and western medicineon senilepatients with diastolic heart failure.Methods: Seventy cases of senilepatients with diastolic heart failure in theDepartment of Cardiology of our hospital from October,2012to October,2013 year were randomly selectedas the research objectsanddivided into a control group and an observation group,35 cases in each group. Patients in the control groupwere treated with western medicine, while patients in the observation group were treated withcompound Danshen dripping pills.After treatment,the clinical efficacy, clinicalsymptom scoresand walking distancewithin 6min were compared.Results:By comparison, the total effective rate of the observation groupwas 97.14%,significantly higher than that of the controlgroup 82.86%, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the clinical symptom scoresoftwo groups the scoreswere significantly decreased,andscores of the observation groupwere significantly lower than that of the control group. the differencebefore and after treatmentbetween the two groupswere statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition, the walking distancewithin 6 min ofthe observation groupafter treatmentwere(319.3± 42.5)m,significantly longer than that of the controlgroup(281.3± 59.5)m..At the same time,the walking distances within 6min of the two groups were significantly longer than those before treatment.It had statistical significance between comparisons (P<0.05). Conclusion:Integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of senile diastolic heart failure can improve therapeutic effect,reduce the clinical symptoms,improve the qualityof life of patients andincrease the walking distance within 6min with asignificant clinical effect and the value of popularization.
