目的：探讨并分析鼻内窥镜下下鼻甲粘骨膜下部分切除术的临床疗效。方法选择湘西自治州人民医院耳鼻喉科2013年1月~12月收治的50例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者为研究对象。结果全部患者术后鼻塞明显改善,流涕明显改善,头痛消失。结论鼻内窥镜下下鼻甲粘骨膜下部分切除术临床优点突出,创伤小,出血少,术后并发症少。能更好的保留下鼻甲粘膜、腺体、纤毛；避免创面的瘢痕愈合,极大降低了鼻腔粘连发生；在最大程度上保留鼻功能的同时解除鼻阻,提高粘膜纤毛清除率及分泌IgA,值得临床逐步开展推广。
목적：탐토병분석비내규경하하비갑점골막하부분절제술적림상료효。방법선택상서자치주인민의원이비후과2013년1월~12월수치적50례만성비후성비염환자위연구대상。결과전부환자술후비새명현개선,류체명현개선,두통소실。결론비내규경하하비갑점골막하부분절제술림상우점돌출,창상소,출혈소,술후병발증소。능경호적보류하비갑점막、선체、섬모；피면창면적반흔유합,겁대강저료비강점련발생；재최대정도상보류비공능적동시해제비조,제고점막섬모청제솔급분비IgA,치득림상축보개전추엄。
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical curative ef ect of nasal endoscopic partial resection of the inferior turbinate mucoperiosteal under microscope. Methods he Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital Department of ENT from January 2013 50 cases of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis treated in 2013 December as the object of study. Results Al patients improved significantly after nasal congestion, runny nose was improved, the headache disappeared. Conclusion Endoscopic inferior turbinate mucoperiosteal under partial excision clinical advantages, smal trauma, less bleeding, less postoperative complications. Keep bet er inferior turbinate mucosa, gland, ciliate; avoid wound healing, which greatly reduces the adhesion of nasal cavity; keep nasal function and relieve nasal obstruction to the maximum extent, improve the mucociliary clearance and secretion of IgA, is worth the clinical development promotion.
