目的:建立双波长分光光度法测定爱索尔感冒片中乙酰水杨酸的含量的测定方法。方法样品操作及测定方法同重复性试验,平行操作5批样品,另按照中和滴定法测定,比较两种测定方法测定所得样品的百分标示量。结果双波长法:99.2%,97.9%,98.5%,96.5%,98.2%;中和法:100.8%,98.7%,99.8%,97.1%,99.4%。乙酰水杨酸在255nm的波长处有最大吸收,盐酸吗啉胍在250nm的波长附近为225nm波长的等吸收波长,经过精选,选择250.1nm波长为参比波长,225nm波长为测定波长。乙酰水杨酸乙醇溶液放置3h基本稳定,其他成分的乙醇溶液均稳定。结论采用双波长分光光度法测定爱索尔感冒片中乙酰水杨酸的含量,操作简单,所用试剂方便易得,通过两种试验方法的比较,效果较满意。

Objective To establish a method for determination of dual wavelength determination of acetylsalicylic acid essel cold tablets by spectrophotometry. Methods the sample operation and determination method with repeated experiments, paral el operation of 5 batches of samples, determination of the other in accordance with the neutralization titration method, comparison of two determination methods of the sample percent mark. Results The dual wavelength method: 99.2%, 97.9%, 98.5%, 96.5%, 98.2%; neutralization method: 100.8%, 98.7%, 99.8%, 97.1%, 99.4%. Acetyl salicylic acid has a maximum absorption at 255nm wavelength, Moroxydine Hydrochloride absorption wavelength, 225nm wavelength around 250nm wavelength selected, select the 250.1nm wavelength as the reference wavelength, the wavelength of 225nm as the detection wavelength. Acetyl salicylic acid ethanol solution for 3 hours basical y stable, other components are stable in ethanol solution. Conclusion The operation content, determined by double wavelength acetylsalicylic acid essel cold tablets by spectrophotometry is simple, the reagent is convenient and easy, by comparing the two kinds of test methods, the ef ect is satisfactory.
