目的：分析脊柱后方韧带复合体断裂误诊和漏诊的原因。方法回顾我院骨科2011年8月~2013年11月手术治疗胸腰椎损伤36例病。术前经查体及影像学检查诊断后方韧带复合体断裂18例，术中21例，与术前比较，并分析其误诊和漏诊的可能原因。结果术后诊断后方韧带复合体断裂21例，误诊1例，误诊率2.78%；漏诊4例，漏诊率11.11%。结论术前脊柱后方韧带复合体断裂诊断误诊和漏诊可能与损伤椎体的移位程度、损伤节段后方韧带复合体旁组织损伤程度、脊柱侧凸畸形、韧带断裂后是否分离等因素有关。
목적：분석척주후방인대복합체단렬오진화루진적원인。방법회고아원골과2011년8월~2013년11월수술치료흉요추손상36례병。술전경사체급영상학검사진단후방인대복합체단렬18례，술중21례，여술전비교，병분석기오진화루진적가능원인。결과술후진단후방인대복합체단렬21례，오진1례，오진솔2.78%；루진4례，루진솔11.11%。결론술전척주후방인대복합체단렬진단오진화루진가능여손상추체적이위정도、손상절단후방인대복합체방조직손상정도、척주측철기형、인대단렬후시부분리등인소유관。
Objective Analysis behind the posterior ligamentous complex fracture misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. Methods Review our orthopaedic surgery between August 2011 and November 2011, 36 patients with thoracolumbar injury disease.Preoperative through physical examination and imaging examination in the diagnosis of the posterior ligamentous complex 18 cases, 21 cases of intraoperative, compared with the preoperative, and analyzes the probable causes of the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. Results Postoperative diagnosis the posterior ligamentous complex fracture 21 cases, the misdiagnosis in 1 case, the misdiagnosis rate was 2.78%;11.11%, 4 cases of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.Conclusion The posterior ligamentous complex fault diagnosis of the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis may be related to the degree of injury of the vertebral body displacement, damage section near the rear ligament complex tissue damage degree, scoliosis deformity, ligament rupture is related to factors such as whether the separation.
