目的：探讨小剂量甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床疗效。方法选取2009年6月~2013年6月住院的76例甲状腺功能亢进症患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,观察组(n=38)患者口服小剂量甲巯咪唑(20 mg/d,顿服),对照组(n=38)服用大剂量甲巯咪唑(30 mg/d,分3次口服),观察两组疗效。结果观察组与对照组的疗效无明显差异,观察组发生不良反应的病例数明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论甲亢患者服用小剂量甲巯咪唑与服用传统剂量的疗效无明显差异,小剂量甲巯咪唑不良反应发生率远少于常规剂量,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical ef icacy of smal doses of methimazole treatment of hyperthyroidism. Methods June 2009~June 2013 76 cases of hospitalized patients with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the observation group (n= 38) in patients with low-dose oral methimazole (daily 20mg, serving Dayton ) and control group (n = 38) taking large doses of methimazole (daily 30mg, 3 times oral y) were observed ef icacy.Results The number of cases and control groups had no significant dif erence in the occurrence of adverse reactions observed group was significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistical y significant. Conclusion Hyperthyroid patients taking low-dose ef ects of imidazole and thiol taking a dose of tradition, a smal dose of methimazole incidence of adverse reactions is far less than conventional doses, worthy of promotion.
