目的:探讨我院临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌的分布特点及耐药情况,为临床治疗提供依据。方法MicroScan WalkAway-96 plus分析仪进行细菌鉴定和药物敏感性试验,WHONET 5.6软件对我院2011年1月~2013年12月临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌进行统计分析。结果3年共检出鲍曼不动杆菌885株,625株(70.62%)来自痰液,180株(20.34%)来自创面分泌物;菌株前4位病区为重症监护病房(138株,15.59%),神经外科(123株,13.90%),呼吸内科(102株11.53)%,整形烧伤科(65株,7.34%)。耐药率最低的抗菌药物为亚胺培南(41.5%);2011年耐药率较低,2012年出现大幅度上升;重症监护病房、整形烧伤科、神经外科、呼吸内科鲍曼不动杆菌耐药率高于其他病区。结论鲍曼不动杆菌耐药情况较为严重,亚胺培南仍为最敏感药物但耐药率高。

목적:탐토아원림상분리포만불동간균적분포특점급내약정황,위림상치료제공의거。방법MicroScan WalkAway-96 plus분석의진행세균감정화약물민감성시험,WHONET 5.6연건대아원2011년1월~2013년12월림상분리적포만불동간균진행통계분석。결과3년공검출포만불동간균885주,625주(70.62%)래자담액,180주(20.34%)래자창면분비물;균주전4위병구위중증감호병방(138주,15.59%),신경외과(123주,13.90%),호흡내과(102주11.53)%,정형소상과(65주,7.34%)。내약솔최저적항균약물위아알배남(41.5%);2011년내약솔교저,2012년출현대폭도상승;중증감호병방、정형소상과、신경외과、호흡내과포만불동간균내약솔고우기타병구。결론포만불동간균내약정황교위엄중,아알배남잉위최민감약물단내약솔고。
Objective To explore the distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumani isolated in our hospital,and to provide evidence for the clinical therapy of infections. Methods The MicroScan WalkAway-96 plus was used for the identification of microorganisms and the antibiotics susceptible test. Acinetobacter baumani were isolated from January 2011 to December 2013 were analyzed based on WHONET5.6 software. Results A total of 885 strains Acinetobacter baumani species were col ected in three years. Among them, mainly came from sputum specimens(70.62%)and wound secretion samples(20.34%);the first four wards were intensive care unit (138 strains,15.59%),neurosurgery(123 strains,13.90%), respiratory medicine (102 strains,11.53%), and plastic surgery of acute (65 strains,7.34%).The lowest drug resistance rate in antimicrobial agents is imipenem; the drug resistance rate is low in 2011, but there came a sharp rise in 2012. And the drug resistance rate of acinetobacter baumanni in intensive care unit, plastic acute, neurosurgery, and respiratory medicine is higher than other units. Conclusion The drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumanni is in quite severe cases, imipenem stil be the most sensitive drug ,but it has a high resistant rate at the same time.
