目的：调查医院住院药房退药现状及分析原因，提出有效的防范措施，以促进合理用药。方法采用回顾性调查2012年住院部药房2845份退药单。统计退药科室、退药品种及退药原因分析我院退药特点。结果我院20多个科室普遍存在退药的情况，消化内科、普内科、神经外科排在前3位；以抗生素类、心血管系统、消化系统用药为主；退药原因以医师原因为主占50.12%，其次是患者原因占29.46%。结论应强化医生合理用药意识，同时建立健全规章制度，遏止可避免的退药现象。

목적：조사의원주원약방퇴약현상급분석원인，제출유효적방범조시，이촉진합리용약。방법채용회고성조사2012년주원부약방2845빈퇴약단。통계퇴약과실、퇴약품충급퇴약원인분석아원퇴약특점。결과아원20다개과실보편존재퇴약적정황，소화내과、보내과、신경외과배재전3위；이항생소류、심혈관계통、소화계통용약위주；퇴약원인이의사원인위주점50.12%，기차시환자원인점29.46%。결론응강화의생합리용약의식，동시건립건전규장제도，알지가피면적퇴약현상。
Objective To investigate the hospital pharmacy drug withdrawal situation and analyze the causes and propose ef ective preventive measures to promote rational drug use. Methods A retrospective survey in 2012 were 2845 inpatient pharmacy drug withdrawal orders. Statistics department of drug withdrawal, withdrawal drug types and causes of drug withdrawal drug withdrawal in our hospital characteristics. Results Our hospital over 20 departments widespread drug withdrawal situation, gastroenterology, general internal medicine, neurosurgery top three; to antibiotics, cardiovascular system, digestive system drugs based; drug withdrawal to physicians because the main reason accounting for 50.12%, fol owed by the patient causes accounted for 29.46%. Conclusion Doctors rational drug awareness should be strengthened, and establish and improve rules and regulations to curb the phenomenon of drug withdrawal can be avoided.
