目的：探讨品管圈活动在急诊抢救室患者预防压疮管理方面的作用。方法成立"抢救心行动"品管圈,通过现状调查、原因分析、设定目标、实施对策等程序,开展品管圈活动。结果品管圈活动开展后与开展前比较,抢救室难免压疮申报率(24.91%vs.77.49%,P<0.001)及评估正确率(50.72%vs.84.15%,P<0.001)提高,压疮发生率(6.74‰vs.2.15‰,P<0.05)下降,差异有统计学意义,活动后未再发生"可避免难免压疮"。结论品管圈的实施促进了急诊科预防压疮管理,增强了护士压疮管理意识,提高急诊抢救患者难免压疮的预见性,降低患者压疮发生率,未发生可避免难免压疮。
목적：탐토품관권활동재급진창구실환자예방압창관리방면적작용。방법성립"창구심행동"품관권,통과현상조사、원인분석、설정목표、실시대책등정서,개전품관권활동。결과품관권활동개전후여개전전비교,창구실난면압창신보솔(24.91%vs.77.49%,P<0.001)급평고정학솔(50.72%vs.84.15%,P<0.001)제고,압창발생솔(6.74‰vs.2.15‰,P<0.05)하강,차이유통계학의의,활동후미재발생"가피면난면압창"。결론품관권적실시촉진료급진과예방압창관리,증강료호사압창관리의식,제고급진창구환자난면압창적예견성,강저환자압창발생솔,미발생가피면난면압창。
Objective To discuss the management role of QCC to prevent the patients in emergency resuscitation room from pressure ulcer.Methods Establish the QCC named"rescue the heart action"first.Through investigation,cause analysis,goal set ing,implementation strategies,etc,carry out the quality control circle activities.Results Compare before and after the QCC activities,the declare rate of Unavoidable pressure ulcer (24.91%vs.77.49%, P<0.001)and the accuracy rate of evaluate (50.72%vs. 84.15%,P <0.001)increased significantly,the rate of pressure ulcer(6.74‰vs.2.15‰,P <0.05)decreased significantly,the dif erence was statistical y significance.There had not happened"the inevitable pressure sore which can avoid".Conclusion QCC can promote the management of pressure ulcer prevention,and enhances the consciousness about pressure ulcer management of emergency department nurses,no more the inevitable pressure ulcer can avoid.
