目的:比较两种不同健康教育方式对土源性线虫干预效果的比较,为土源性线虫病健康教育方案的制定提供科学依据。方法对一个村居民分成两组,分别采用发放宣传单和知识讲座两种不同健康方式进行土源性线虫病干预,在干预前后均采用问卷形式对防治知识和行为养成的进行抽样调查,并对调查结果进行比较。结果两种干预方式活动覆盖率差异有统计学意义(<0.01),传单方式高于讲座方式;两种方式干预前后结果差异有统计学意义(<0.01),两种方式均有干预效果;两种方式的干预效果差异有统计学意义(<0.01),健康讲座方式的干预效果优于传单方式。结论健康教育仍是今后土源性线虫病防治工作重点,各地应根据当地条件选择适宜的健康教育方式,同时在干预活动中要注重宣传普及沼气的卫生学意义。

Objective To compare two different methods of health education for the intervention of soil-transmit ed nematode and provide a scientific basis for the development of soil-transmit ed nematode health education programs. Methods Residents were divided into two groups,leaflets issuing and health education lecturing were carried out respectively for the two group.The knowledge and behavior were investigated and survey results were compared. Results The coverage rate of leaflets issuing was higher than lecturing, the dif erence was statistically significant ( <0.01),Both two ways for health education were ef ective,that is the results measured before and after intervention were statistical y dif erent( <0.01) ,T the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.01) ,The ef ect of lecturing was bet er than leaflets issuing, the difference was statistical y significant ( <0.01). Conclusion Health education is stil key emphases in the control of soil-tramsmit ed nematode in the future, health education pat ern should be determined considering the local contidtion.Besides,the importance of methane tank building for health shoud be broadcasted widely in intervention.
