目的：探讨治疗婴儿双侧输尿管结石的术式选择及临床疗效。方法根据婴儿年龄、一般情况、肾功、结石位置情况,选择输尿管切开取石、输尿管镜下U-100激光碎石、输尿管镜下逆行置入双J管治疗婴儿双侧输尿管结石急性梗阻伴急性肾功能不全21例。结果输尿管切开取石4例,输尿管镜下碎石4例,其中双侧碎石2例,只碎单侧2例,13例单纯行输尿管镜下双J管置入术,其中双侧10例,单侧3例,肾功能均逐渐恢复正常。结论根据婴儿的病情,选择不同的手术方式治疗双侧输尿管结石,可有效解除梗阻,缓解病情。

Objective To investigate the selection of operation in treatment of infant with bilateral ureteral calculi and clinical effect.Methods 21 infant patients with bilateral ureteral calculi obstruction associated with acute renal insufficiency were involved. According to the age of infant, in general, renal and stone location, we select ureterolithotomy, ureteroscope U-100 laser lithotripsy or ureteroscope retrograde placement of double J tube to treat them. Results 4 cases with ureterolithotomy, 4 cases with ureteroscopic lithotripsy, in which 2 cases bilateral stone, and 2 cases broken unilateral, 13 cases underwent ureteroscopic double J tube placement, in which two sides were involved in 10 cases, 3 cases of unilateral. The renal function of patients were al recovered gradual y. Conclusion According to the infant's condition, different operation methods were selected for treatment of bilateral ureteral calculi, which can ef ectively relieve the obstruction and alleviate the disease.
