本文从病因学、张仲景的病因三条启发要扶正以加强社会管理职能；苦练内功加强扶正，从治未病启发综合治理要树立防患于未然的预防观，加强突发性事件的防范，加强全体师生员工的安全教育；从中医标本兼治启发急则治其标，缓则治其本，标本兼治，同时也要参考泻实补虚清热温寒之法才能达到有效的治理效果。
本文從病因學、張仲景的病因三條啟髮要扶正以加彊社會管理職能；苦練內功加彊扶正，從治未病啟髮綜閤治理要樹立防患于未然的預防觀，加彊突髮性事件的防範，加彊全體師生員工的安全教育；從中醫標本兼治啟髮急則治其標，緩則治其本，標本兼治，同時也要參攷瀉實補虛清熱溫寒之法纔能達到有效的治理效果。
본문종병인학、장중경적병인삼조계발요부정이가강사회관리직능；고련내공가강부정，종치미병계발종합치리요수립방환우미연적예방관，가강돌발성사건적방범，가강전체사생원공적안전교육；종중의표본겸치계발급칙치기표，완칙치기본，표본겸치，동시야요삼고사실보허청열온한지법재능체도유효적치리효과。
This paper discusses the enlightenment according to the etiology of TCM and "Zhang Zhongjing’s three causes of disease":to strengthen the social management function for the strengthening the body resistance;to drill diligently to enhance the strengthening the body resistance,by establishing the concept of nip in the bud for the comprehensive management according to the"preventive treatment of disease",strengthening the prevention of sudden events,the safety education of students and teaching staff;the"treating secondary symptoms for emergency,treating the chronic disease aiming at the principal aspect"and"treating both manifestation and root cause of disease"of TCM is important enlightenment for the effective management,the same as the"reduce excessiveness","reinforce insufficiency","clearing heat"and"relieving cold".
