目的:分析我校老年护理的教学现状,改革教学方法,不断提高老年护理教学质量。方法:对我校700名3年高职护理学生进行问卷调查,调查内容包括我校老年护理师资、教材、教学条件、教学设备、教学方法、实训课满意度、见习满意度、知识结构是否可以满足养老服务等,分析医学高职院校护理专业中老年护理的教学情况。结果:700名学生中,对师资满意291名,教材满意324名,教学条件满意336名,教学设备满意213名,教学方法满意187名,实训课满意169名,见习满意182名。仅126名学生认为通过老年护理教学后能够满足目前养老服务的需求。学生满意度最高的是我校教学条件,与其他项目的满意度比较差异有统计学意义(字2=277.78,P<0.05)。结论:目前我国老年护理教育滞后,高校护理对于养老服务人才认识不够统一,教学资源不够完备,实践教学条件无法满足需求。可以将学校与社区养老机构进行教学资源整合,充分利用社区养老机构的教学资源,增加见习、实习课比例等,从而提高老年护理的教学质量。

To analyze the teaching status of geriatric hursing in our school,to reform the teaching methods,so as to continuously improve the quality of nursing teaching.Method:A questionnaire survey were conducted with 700 cases of three-year vocational nursing students,included our school geriatric nursing teachers,teaching materials,teaching conditions,teaching equipment,teaching methods,experimental class satisfaction,trainee satisfaction,whether it could meet the pension services.The situation of teaching nursing students in elderly care in medical colleges were analyzed.Result:There were 291 cases satisfied with teacher resources,324 cases satisfied with teaching material,336 cases satisfied with teaching conditions,213 cases satisfied with teaching device,187 cases satisfied with teaching methods,169 cases satisfied with the practical training course,182 cases satisfied with the trainee. Only 126 cases of elderly nursing students agreed geriatric nursing teaching could meet the demand of pension service. Conclusion:At present geriatric nursing education lag,the concept of pension service talent is not unified,teaching resources is not complete,practical teaching conditions can not meet the demand. In order to improve the teaching quality of elderly care,the school and the community institutions can integrate the teaching resources,make full use of community nursing teaching resources,and increasing the proportion of practice.
