目的：探讨评判性思维在提高急救护理水平中应用的效果。方法：运用评判性思维对急诊科护士进行评判性思维能力的培养，以创新提高护理急救理论、实践及临床护理操作技能。结果：通过培训提高了护士的学习主动性，同时开阔了思路，使急救护理整体水平得到提高。结论：评判性思维的运用能够提高急诊护理急救水平。

To explore the application of critical thinking in improving the effect of emergency nursing. Method:To train and improve the critical thinking ability of the emergency department nurses so that they could innovate first-aid nursing theory,practice and clinical nursing skills. Result:Through training,their study initiative was improved, their thinking was broadened and their overall level of emergency nursing was also improved. Conclusion:The application of critical thinking can improve emergency treatment level.
