目的：研究临床护理路径在骨科护理中的应用效果。方法：选取2010年6月-2012年8月本院骨科收治的患者160例，随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组，均行常规骨科护理，而观察组再实施临床护理路径，并观察两组护理效果。结果：观察组住院时间、住院费用、疾病知识掌握率、并发症发生率分别为（16.5±3.2）d、（10453.4±143.2）元、91.2%、3.8%；对照组分别为（21.2±3.0）d、（14325.9±141.1）元、76.2%、8.8%。观察组患者疾病知识掌握率高于对照组，住院时间、住院费用及并发症发生率均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。而且观察组满意45例，一般32例，不满意3例，总满意率96.2%；对照组满意31例，一般40例，不满意9例，总满意率88.8%。观察组患者对护理质量总满意率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：临床护理路径在骨科护理中的应用效果满意，建议在临床护理中推广应用。

목적：연구림상호리로경재골과호리중적응용효과。방법：선취2010년6월-2012년8월본원골과수치적환자160례，수궤수자표법분위관찰조급대조조，균행상규골과호리，이관찰조재실시림상호리로경，병관찰량조호리효과。결과：관찰조주원시간、주원비용、질병지식장악솔、병발증발생솔분별위（16.5±3.2）d、（10453.4±143.2）원、91.2%、3.8%；대조조분별위（21.2±3.0）d、（14325.9±141.1）원、76.2%、8.8%。관찰조환자질병지식장악솔고우대조조，주원시간、주원비용급병발증발생솔균저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。이차관찰조만의45례，일반32례，불만의3례，총만의솔96.2%；대조조만의31례，일반40례，불만의9례，총만의솔88.8%。관찰조환자대호리질량총만의솔고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：림상호리로경재골과호리중적응용효과만의，건의재림상호리중추엄응용。
To study the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in nursing in department of orthopedics.Method:160 patients from June 2010 to August 2012 were admitted to department of orthopedics in our hospital,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group were given routine department of orthopedics nursing,the observation group were given clinical nursing pathway on the basis of this,and the nursing effect of the two groups were observed. Result:In the observation group,the hospitalization time,cost of hospitalization,rate of mastering knowledge of disease,complication rates were(16.5±3.2)d,(10 453.4±143.2) yuan,91.2%,3.8%;in the control group,the hospitalization time,cost of hospitalization,rate of mastering knowledge of disease,complication rates were(21.2±3.0)d,(14 325.9±141.1)yuan,76.2%,8.8%.Control rate of disease knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the hospitalization time,cost and the incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group in hospital,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,45 cases were satisfactory,32 cases were general,3 cases were not satisfactory,the total satisfactory rate was 96.2%;in the control group,31 cases were satisfactory,40 cases were general,9 cases were not satisfactory,the total effective rate was 88.8%.The nursing quality satisfaction rate in observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of clinical nursing path in department of orthopedics nursing is satisfaction,should be popularized and applied in clinical nursing.
