目的:探讨血栓前状态标志物在2型糖尿病早期动脉硬化中的作用。方法:结合糖尿病及动脉硬化检测结果将60例患者分成正常对照组、糖尿病非动脉硬化组、糖尿病动脉硬化组,分别检测血栓前状态标志物TG、TC、LDL、HDL、WBC、血小板聚集率FIB、DD、PC、PS和血小板聚集率。结果:糖尿病非动脉硬化组、糖尿病动脉硬化组中TG、WBC、FIB、VWF与正常组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),糖尿病非动脉硬化组、糖尿病动脉硬化组中BMI、TCH、HDL、LDL、DD、PLT、PS、PC与正常组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血脂代谢紊乱、慢性炎症刺激、高凝等血栓前状态的危险因素在糖尿病的发生、发展中起着重要的作用,然而是否在糖尿病早期动脉硬化中起作用有待进一步的研究。

목적:탐토혈전전상태표지물재2형당뇨병조기동맥경화중적작용。방법:결합당뇨병급동맥경화검측결과장60례환자분성정상대조조、당뇨병비동맥경화조、당뇨병동맥경화조,분별검측혈전전상태표지물TG、TC、LDL、HDL、WBC、혈소판취집솔FIB、DD、PC、PS화혈소판취집솔。결과:당뇨병비동맥경화조、당뇨병동맥경화조중TG、WBC、FIB、VWF여정상조비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05),당뇨병비동맥경화조、당뇨병동맥경화조중BMI、TCH、HDL、LDL、DD、PLT、PS、PC여정상조비교차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:혈지대사문란、만성염증자격、고응등혈전전상태적위험인소재당뇨병적발생、발전중기착중요적작용,연이시부재당뇨병조기동맥경화중기작용유대진일보적연구。
To discuss the role of pre-thrombus status markers in early atherosclerosis in TD2M. Method:Sixty subjects were divided into three groups:normal control,diabetes without arteriosclerosis,diabetes with arteriosclerosis by combining with diabetes and atherosclerosis dates.The pre-thrombus status markers of TG,TC,LDL, HDL,WBC,FIB,DD,PC,PS,Platelet aggregation rate were respectively detected.Result:Compared with the normal group,there were significant differences of TG,WBC,FIB,VWF in diabetes with atherosclerosis group and diabetes without atherosclerosis group(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group,there were no differences of BMI, TCH,HDL,LDL,DD,PLT,PS,PC in diabetes with atherosclerosis group and diabetes without atherosclerosis group (P>0.05).Conclusion:The risk factors of pre-thrombus status,Lipid metabolism disorder,chronic inflammatory stimulation,high condensation play key roles in the occurrence and development of diabetes. However,whether pre-thrombus status markers plays a role in diabetes early atherosclerosis and has yet to be confirmed by further studies.
