There exist the differences between the pre-sale area of house property and the property registration area in the real estate surveying and mapping. This paper summarizes the concept of pre-sale area of house property and real property registration area, and analyzes the causes of the differences between them. The way to reduce the differences between the housing pre-sale area and the real property registration area is discussed in this paper, which makes a very practical guiding role in the process of confirmation of real selling right registration of the real house prosperity.
