综述全身麻醉术后的相关并发症及病人口腔护理的研究进展，指出目前尚无更多循证医学证据能够为临床实践提供指导，有待需要依靠严谨的临床实验来确定最优化的口腔护理方案，如口腔护理液的选择、护理方法的选择、护理频次、规范化的操作流程等。

It reviewed the research progress on postoperative related com-plications and oral care of patients undergoing general anesthesia.It pointed out that there is no more evidence based medicine which can provide guid-ance for clinical practice yet,and it need to rely on rigorous clinical trials to determine the optimal oral care programs,such as oral care solution op-tions,selection of nursing methods,nursing frequency,standardization of operat-ing procedures,etc.
