目的：探讨窝沟釉质成形封闭术以及预防干预对小儿窝沟龋齿的疗效。方法：采集本科室2012年1-12月收治的窝沟龋齿患儿180例为研究对象。按治疗方法不同分为对照组、治疗组和干预组，治疗一年后进行回访，观察患儿龋齿封闭情况以及复发情况。结果：对照组采用常规窝沟封闭术一年后封闭剂保存率为71.66%，而治疗组和干预组均采用釉质成型封闭术，其保存率为95.00%和93.33%，均优于对照组（P<0.05）。而干预组在治疗组的基础给予合理有效的预防干预，其龋齿的发病率明显低于对照组和治疗组。结论：采用釉质成型封闭术其封闭效果保存时间优于普通的封闭术，但对龋齿发病的控制需要联合有效的预防干预。
목적：탐토와구유질성형봉폐술이급예방간예대소인와구우치적료효。방법：채집본과실2012년1-12월수치적와구우치환인180례위연구대상。안치료방법불동분위대조조、치료조화간예조，치료일년후진행회방，관찰환인우치봉폐정황이급복발정황。결과：대조조채용상규와구봉폐술일년후봉폐제보존솔위71.66%，이치료조화간예조균채용유질성형봉폐술，기보존솔위95.00%화93.33%，균우우대조조（P<0.05）。이간예조재치료조적기출급여합리유효적예방간예，기우치적발병솔명현저우대조조화치료조。결론：채용유질성형봉폐술기봉폐효과보존시간우우보통적봉폐술，단대우치발병적공제수요연합유효적예방간예。
To investigate the clinical efficacy of pit and fissure enamel-plasty sealant technique and preventive interventions for children fissure caries.Method:180 children with fissure caries admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 were enrolled to study and divided into control group,treatment group and intervention group according to different treatment. The children were followed up one year later to observe the closure and recurrence of dental caries.Result:The preservation rate of sealant in the children receiving conventional pit and fissure sealant technique in control group was 71.66%,while that in the children receiving enamel-plasty sealant technique in treatment group and intervention group were 95.00%and 93.33%,respectively(P<0.05).The incidence of caries in intervention group,in which group the children received reasonably effective preventive interventions besides enamel-plasty sealant technique,was significantly lower than that in control group and treatment group.Conclusion:The sealing effect and preservation period of enamel-plasty sealant technique is superior to conventional sealing method,and effective preventive intervention is necessary for the control of dental caries.
