目的：探讨水飞蓟素治疗酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法：选择126例酒精性脂肪肝门诊及住院患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，在常规治疗基础上分别应用水飞蓟素胶囊和益肝乐胶囊，疗程均为4周。观察和比较两组治疗前、治疗后症状、体征及肝功能指标。结果：治疗组在降低ALT、AST、GGT作用方面明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组与对照组在临床症状、体征的改善方面比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：水飞蓟素胶囊治疗酒精性脂肪肝疗效满意。
목적：탐토수비계소치료주정성지방간적림상료효。방법：선택126례주정성지방간문진급주원환자，수궤분위치료조화대조조，재상규치료기출상분별응용수비계소효낭화익간악효낭，료정균위4주。관찰화비교량조치료전、치료후증상、체정급간공능지표。결과：치료조재강저ALT、AST、GGT작용방면명현우우대조조（P<0.05）。치료조여대조조재림상증상、체정적개선방면비교차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。결론：수비계소효낭치료주정성지방간료효만의。
To investigate the clinical efficacy of silymarin in treatment of alcoholic fatty liver. Method:126 cases of alcoholic fatty liver recruited from clinic and hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,respectively,in the basis of conventional therapy ,the treatment group was treated with silymarin capsules,and the control group was treated with Yiganle,a course of three four weeks.The clinical symptoms,signs and laboratory markers were recorded and compared before and after treatment.Result:The treatment group was superior than the control group in reducing ALT,AST,GGT(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms and signs were improved greatly in two groups,but there was no significant difference(P>O.05)between two groups. Conclusion:The effect of silymarin capsule is satisfied in treatment of alcoholic fatty liver disease.
