目的：探讨隐形脊椎裂的影像学表现与临床症状的相关性，以便追踪其治疗上的合理性。方法：通过对本院已实施手术的38例隐形脊椎裂患者进行影像学检查结果的分析，以及临床表现出的症候群进行对比归纳总结，评判两者的关联性。结果：X线片诊断脊椎裂分六型，各型从骨质结构上分别表现不同，与其对应的临床症状表现也各有特点；MSCT空间分辨率高，并通过后处理技术可获得高质量的脊柱骨骼的结构；MRI对隐形脊椎裂合并脊髓畸形、硬膜粘连、硬膜下囊肿脂肪瘤、脊髓栓系具有重要的诊断价值，三者检查不能互为替代，影像学的表现也决定着临床症状的轻重。结论：隐形脊椎裂的影像学表现与临床症状的多寡、轻重有一定的关联性，对于手术治疗有决定性的作用。
목적：탐토은형척추렬적영상학표현여림상증상적상관성，이편추종기치료상적합이성。방법：통과대본원이실시수술적38례은형척추렬환자진행영상학검사결과적분석，이급림상표현출적증후군진행대비귀납총결，평판량자적관련성。결과：X선편진단척추렬분륙형，각형종골질결구상분별표현불동，여기대응적림상증상표현야각유특점；MSCT공간분변솔고，병통과후처리기술가획득고질량적척주골격적결구；MRI대은형척추렬합병척수기형、경막점련、경막하낭종지방류、척수전계구유중요적진단개치，삼자검사불능호위체대，영상학적표현야결정착림상증상적경중。결론：은형척추렬적영상학표현여림상증상적다과、경중유일정적관련성，대우수술치료유결정성적작용。
To study the correlation of imaging findings and clinical symptoms in stealth spine bifida, in order to track the rationality of the treatment. Method:The results of imaging examination and clinical manifestations of the syndrome in 38 cases of stealth spine bifida were analyzed and compared,and the relevance of them were judged. Result:X-ray diagnosis of spine bifida had six type,each representing different from the bone structure,also had different features of the corresponding clinical symptoms.MSCT had high spatial resolution,and through the post-processing technology can obtain high quality of spinal bone structure.MRI had important diagnostic value on stealth spine bifida combined with spinal deformity,epidural adhesion,subdural cyst lipoma,tie down the spinal cord.The three check methods did not substitutes,imaging performance also determined the weight of the clinical symptoms. Conclusion:The imaging findings and clinical symptoms of spine bifida has certain relevance,it plays a decisive role for the surgical treatment.
