目的：研究实施护理安全管理对老年患者的护理效果。方法：2012-2013年收治老年患者400例，按照随机抽取的方式分为试验组和观察组各200例。试验组实施护理安全管理，观察组实施常规护理。通过对试验组以及观察组的不良护理事件发生率进行统计和对比，分析实施安全护理对老年患者的护理效果。结果：试验组的不良护理事件发生率明显低于观察组。结论：对老年患者实施安全护理管理能够有效地减少不良护理事件的发生率，有效地提高了医院老年患者的安全保障。

목적：연구실시호리안전관리대노년환자적호리효과。방법：2012-2013년수치노년환자400례，안조수궤추취적방식분위시험조화관찰조각200례。시험조실시호리안전관리，관찰조실시상규호리。통과대시험조이급관찰조적불량호리사건발생솔진행통계화대비，분석실시안전호리대노년환자적호리효과。결과：시험조적불량호리사건발생솔명현저우관찰조。결론：대노년환자실시안전호리관리능구유효지감소불량호리사건적발생솔，유효지제고료의원노년환자적안전보장。
To explore the effect of nursing of implementation of safety management in elderly patients.Methods:400 elderly patients were selected from 2012 to 2013.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 200 in each group according to the random way.The experimental group were given nursing safety management,and the observation group were given routine nursing care.Through the statistics and comparison to the experimental group and the observation group of patients with adverse nursing events,we analyzed the implementation effect of safety management of nursing care in elderly patients.Results:Adverse nursing events in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the observation group. Conclusion:The implementation of safety management of nursing for elderly patients can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events,and effectively improve the security of elderly patients.
