Quadruple therapy%Hp positive gastric ulcer%Scavenging effect
目的：通过探讨应用四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌Hp阳性胃溃疡和Hp的清除疗效，旨在为提高胃溃疡的临床疗效提供理论依据。方法：2011年1月-2013年12月收治Hp阳性胃溃疡患者80例，随机平均分为研究组和对照组，每组40例。对照组给予甲硝唑、奥美拉唑、阿莫西林三联法治疗，研究组给予雷贝拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素、果胶铋四联法治疗，对比两组治疗的有效率、Hp清除效率和不良反应率。结果：研究组治疗有效率92.5%，Hp清除率77.5%，不良反应率5.0%，对照组分别为70.0%、52.5%、12.5%，研究组显著优于对照组，且P＜0.05差异有统计学意义。结论：采用四联法治疗Hp阳性胃溃疡能显著提高临床疗效、Hp清除率，降低不良反应情况，是一种安全有效的治疗方式。

목적：통과탐토응용사련요법치료유문라간균Hp양성위궤양화Hp적청제료효，지재위제고위궤양적림상료효제공이론의거。방법：2011년1월-2013년12월수치Hp양성위궤양환자80례，수궤평균분위연구조화대조조，매조40례。대조조급여갑초서、오미랍서、아막서림삼련법치료，연구조급여뢰패랍서、아막서림、극랍매소、과효필사련법치료，대비량조치료적유효솔、Hp청제효솔화불량반응솔。결과：연구조치료유효솔92.5%，Hp청제솔77.5%，불량반응솔5.0%，대조조분별위70.0%、52.5%、12.5%，연구조현저우우대조조，차P＜0.05차이유통계학의의。결론：채용사련법치료Hp양성위궤양능현저제고림상료효、Hp청제솔，강저불량반응정황，시일충안전유효적치료방식。
Through the investigation of the application of quadruple therapy in the treatment of Hp positive gastric ulcer and Hp scavenging effect,in order to provide theoretical basis for improving clinical curative effect of gastric ulcer.Methods:80 cases with Hp positive gastric ulcer were selected from January 2011 to December 2013.They were randomLy divided into the study group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group were treated with omeprazole,amoxicillin and metronidazole triple therapy.The study group were given amoxicillin,clarithromycin,Rebela triazole,bismuth pectin quadruple therapy.We compared the treatment efficiency,Hp removal efficiency and the rate of adverse reactions of two groups.Results:The effective rate of the study group was 92.5%;Hp removal rate was 77.5%;the adverse reaction rate was 5%.The control group were 70%,52.5%,12.5% respectively.The study group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:We take the tetrad therapy in the treatment of Hp positive gastric ulcer.It can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and the eradication rate of Hp,and reduce adverse reactions,so it is a safe and effective treatment method.
