目的：探讨皮洗1号湿敷治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法：收治带状疱疹患者120例，随机分为对照组和试验组各60例。对照组予泛昔洛韦治疗，试验组在对照组治疗方案上加用皮洗1号中药湿敷治疗。结果：试验组的平均止痛、止疱、结痂、脱痂时间均明显比对照组缩短，差异有统计学意义(P＜0．01)。结论：皮洗1号湿敷治疗患者皮损止疱快，结痂、脱痂早；明显减轻患者的疼痛；减少后遗神经痛的发生。
목적：탐토피세1호습부치료대상포진적림상료효。방법：수치대상포진환자120례，수궤분위대조조화시험조각60례。대조조여범석락위치료，시험조재대조조치료방안상가용피세1호중약습부치료。결과：시험조적평균지통、지포、결가、탈가시간균명현비대조조축단，차이유통계학의의(P＜0．01)。결론：피세1호습부치료환자피손지포쾌，결가、탈가조；명현감경환자적동통；감소후유신경통적발생。
To investigate the clinical efficacy of skin wash No.1 in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods:120 cases with herpes zoster were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The control group were given famciclovir treatment;the experimental group were given skin wash No.1 on the basis of the control group.Results:The average stop pain,scab,scab blister time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and there was significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:The skin wash No.1 has many advantages,such as:lesions of herpes stopping quickly,scab,scab off early;relieve pain;and neuralgia occurrence.
