目的：观察中医及西医分别治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法：将128例手足口病患儿随机平分为中医组和西医组。中医组应用热毒宁治疗，西医组应用单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗。观察两组退热时间、疱疹及口腔溃疡消退时间等指标，比较2种方法的治疗效果。结果：中医组退热时间明显优于西医组(P＜0.05)；西医组疱疹及口腔溃疡消退时间明显优于中医组(P＜0.05)；两组总有效率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：热毒宁和单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗手足口病各有优点，两者治疗的总有效率无明显差异。
목적：관찰중의급서의분별치료수족구병적림상료효。방법：장128례수족구병환인수궤평분위중의조화서의조。중의조응용열독저치료，서의조응용단린산아당선감치료。관찰량조퇴열시간、포진급구강궤양소퇴시간등지표，비교2충방법적치료효과。결과：중의조퇴열시간명현우우서의조(P＜0.05)；서의조포진급구강궤양소퇴시간명현우우중의조(P＜0.05)；량조총유효솔차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：열독저화단린산아당선감치료수족구병각유우점，량자치료적총유효솔무명현차이。
To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of hand foot and mouth disease respectively.Methods:128 children with hand foot mouth disease were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group.Traditional Chinese medicine group used reduning treatment;the western medicine group were given vidarabine therapy.Then observe the cooling time,the extinction time of herpes and oral ulcer in two groups of children,and compare the efficacy of two groups.Results:The cooling time of traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that of western medicine group(P<0.05).The extinction time of herpes and oral ulcer of the western medicine group were shorter than those of the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).The total efficiency of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of hand foot and mouth disease,reduning and vidarabine monophosphate both have its own advantages,and the total effective rate had no obvious difference in two groups.
