针对乳化沥青乳化困难、乳液贮存稳定性差等问题,以乳液性能、混合料施工性能及路用性能为基础,并结合理论,分析研究了乳液制备过程中常出现的技术问题,以及影响乳液乳化效果的乳化剂因素,给出了相应的解决措施及最佳乳化剂复配方案。
針對乳化瀝青乳化睏難、乳液貯存穩定性差等問題,以乳液性能、混閤料施工性能及路用性能為基礎,併結閤理論,分析研究瞭乳液製備過程中常齣現的技術問題,以及影響乳液乳化效果的乳化劑因素,給齣瞭相應的解決措施及最佳乳化劑複配方案。

For emulsified asphalt emulsion difficulties and poor stability of the emulsion storage problems,to the emulsion performance,con-struction performance and mixtures,the performance as the basis,combining with the theory,analyzed the technological problems in the emul-sion preparation process middling,and affect the emulsion emulsifying effect,storage stability and the performance of residue technical parame-ters,gives the corresponding solution measures and suggest the best emulsifier distribution scheme.
