Based on protection and promotion of the regional culture,taking the planning and design of Phoenix Valley ecological scenic spot in Xinjiang county as an example,from the layout structure,landscape artistic conception,landscape innovation and other points of view,dis-cussed the new ideas of scenic spot planning and design under the regional culture background,to the continuation of regional characteristics.
