目的：采取中西医结合及心理疏导的方法解决分娩后排尿困难，有效避免尿潴留的发生。方法回顾2年我科全部住院分娩孕产妇共5322例，其中阴道分娩3141例，剖宫产2181例，孕产妇在分娩以后及剖宫产拔出尿管后，部分出现排尿困难，尿液潴留的现象，产后排尿困难给产妇及家庭带来很多诸多不便与痛苦，尿液潴留还会影响子宫收缩，增加产后出血机会。结果中西医结合治疗在治疗产后尿滞留中，疗效显著，并且能够有效降低或避免尿潴留的发生，值得临床进一步推广。

목적：채취중서의결합급심리소도적방법해결분면후배뇨곤난，유효피면뇨저류적발생。방법회고2년아과전부주원분면잉산부공5322례，기중음도분면3141례，부궁산2181례，잉산부재분면이후급부궁산발출뇨관후，부분출현배뇨곤난，뇨액저류적현상，산후배뇨곤난급산부급가정대래흔다제다불편여통고，뇨액저류환회영향자궁수축，증가산후출혈궤회。결과중서의결합치료재치료산후뇨체류중，료효현저，병차능구유효강저혹피면뇨저류적발생，치득림상진일보추엄。
Objectiveto adopt the method combining traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine and psychological counseling to solve the difficulty of urination afterchildbirth, effectively avoid the occurrence of urinary retention.Methods 2 years in our department all the hospitalized delivery maternal 5322 cases, including 3141 cases ofvaginal delivery, cesarean section in 2181 cases, pregnant women giving birth aftercesarean section and pulled out the catheter, some diffi culty urinating, urine retention phenomenon, postpartum dysuria for pregnant women and families br ing manyinconvenience and pain, retention of urine can also affect the uterine contraction,increase the chance of postpartum hemorrhage.Results Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy in the treatment of postpartum urinary retention, curative effect is distinct, and can effectively reduce or avoid the occurrence of urinary retention, is worth further promotion in the clinical practice.
