目的：观察中西医结合治疗十二指肠球部溃疡的临床疗效。方法将52例十二指肠球部溃疡急性活动期的患者，随机分为两组，治疗组26例运用中医理论辨证施治，针对不同症型给予中药汤剂、穴位贴敷综合疗法，配合口服奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊。对照组26例予口服奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊。两组患者幽门螺旋杆菌检测阳性者，均加用根除幽门螺旋杆菌的药物阿莫西林分散片、甲硝唑片治疗。结果治疗组疼痛缓解时间、大便潜血转阴时间明显短于对照组，溃疡愈合例数及愈合程度明显多于对照组，治疗组总有效率为92.31%，对照组有效率为69.23%，两组比较，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(△P＜0.05）。结论运用中西医结合疗法辩证施治，对缓解疼痛、止血、加快溃疡愈合，缩短疗程，治疗组明显优于对照组，疗效显著。

목적：관찰중서의결합치료십이지장구부궤양적림상료효。방법장52례십이지장구부궤양급성활동기적환자，수궤분위량조，치료조26례운용중의이론변증시치，침대불동증형급여중약탕제、혈위첩부종합요법，배합구복오미랍서장용효낭。대조조26례여구복오미랍서장용효낭。량조환자유문라선간균검측양성자，균가용근제유문라선간균적약물아막서림분산편、갑초서편치료。결과치료조동통완해시간、대편잠혈전음시간명현단우대조조，궤양유합례수급유합정도명현다우대조조，치료조총유효솔위92.31%，대조조유효솔위69.23%，량조비교，치료조료효명현우우대조조(△P＜0.05）。결론운용중서의결합요법변증시치，대완해동통、지혈、가쾌궤양유합，축단료정，치료조명현우우대조조，료효현저。
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine for the treatment of the patients with duodenal bulb ulcer.Methods 52 patients with acute activity of the duodenal bulb ulcer were randomly divided into two groups, 26 cases each group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth and acupoint sticking therapy based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine theory, combined with oral omeprazole enteric capsules..While the patients in control group were given omeprazole enteric capsules. If patients of two groups were tested with positive helicobacter pylori, amoxicillin dispersible tablets and metronidazole tablets were added to eradicate helicobacter pylori.Results The pain relief time and defecate occult blood turning negative time in the treatment group were signifi cantly shorter than that in the control group, while ulcer healing cases and the degree of healing were signifi cantly much better than that in the control group. The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.31%, while that of the control group was 69.23%. The curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion It could help to relieve pain, stop bleeding, accelerate ulcer healing, shorten treatment period by the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine.
