目的：探讨手术室清点器械数目的重要性，加强手术室器械的管理，提高手术安全性。方法述手术器械进行科学规范的管理是保证手术质量的基础。完善手术器械清点制度，明确手术器械清点的责任人，清点人员严格按照本院的手术清点流程进行清点工作，并做好手术器械种类、数目的记录，总结手术清点方式的不足并加以改善。结果手术器械清点时出现数目不符的有6例，占0.16%，其中棉片数量不符占16.7%，绵粒数目不符占33.3%，双层纱和手术器械数目不符占50%。通过仔细的检查后都将相关器械找到，最终各种器械敷料数目清点符合率为100%，没有发生遗留在体内的事故。结论清点人员在清点手术室器械时要做到科学严谨、仔细认真，这样才能防止异物遗留在病人体内，保证手术的安全性。

ObjectiveTo discuss the importance of counting instruments in operating room so as to strengthen the management of equipments in operating room and improve operation safety.Methods Scientifi c and standardized management for surgical instruments is the basis to guarantee the quality of surgery. We should improve counting system for surgical instruments, clear person in charge of counting surgical instruments and the person who took in charge of counting must check instruments strict accordance with our operation count process and make a record for operation type and number of surgical instruments, summarizes the operation mode and improve the defi ciency of the count.Results 6 discrepancy cases occurred during surgical instrument counting, accounted for 0.16%, of which cotton piece quantity discrepancy was 16.7% and the number of cotton seed discrepancy accounted for 33.3%, double yarn and the number of surgical instruments discrepancy accounted for 50%. After careful examination the related instruments were all found, eventually coincidence rate of all instruments number counting was 100% with no accident of legacy in the body.Conclusion Persons who were responsible for counting should count scientifi cally, rigorously and carefully while counting instruments in the operating room in order to prevent foreign body left inside the patient bodies and guarantee the safety of the operation.
