目的：探讨白内障术后糖尿病视网膜病变激光治疗时机与疗效。方法白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术后75例(114眼)，确定为非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)21眼，重度NPDR或PPDR25眼，PDR68眼（其中高危PDR22眼）,采用光凝治疗,随访6～12个月。结果患者视力、视网膜病变治疗的有效率为74.6%、78.0%,高危PDR组视力及视网膜病变治疗的有效率均显著低于其余三组，P<0.05，差异有显著统计学意义。结论白内障术后及时合理的激光治疗是确保DR患者视力稳定,降低致盲率的关键。
목적：탐토백내장술후당뇨병시망막병변격광치료시궤여료효。방법백내장적제연합인공정상체식입술후75례(114안)，학정위비증식기당뇨병시망막병변(NPDR)21안，중도NPDR혹PPDR25안，PDR68안（기중고위PDR22안）,채용광응치료,수방6～12개월。결과환자시력、시망막병변치료적유효솔위74.6%、78.0%,고위PDR조시력급시망막병변치료적유효솔균현저저우기여삼조，P<0.05，차이유현저통계학의의。결론백내장술후급시합리적격광치료시학보DR환자시력은정,강저치맹솔적관건。
Objective To study the time and effect of laser treatment of patients with diabetic retinopathy after cataract surgery .Methods 75 cases(114 eyes) with cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation were included: non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR)21 eyes, pre-proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PPDR) 25 eyes, proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) 68 eyes. They were treated with the retinal photocoagulation and followed-up 6-12 months.Results The effective rate in the improvement of vision and retinopathy was 74.6%、78.0% respectively, but that in the high-risk PDR group was statistically worse than the other groups(P< 0.05).Conclusion Timely and reasonable laser therapy is a key to keep the vision of DR patients stable and reduce the rate of blind.
