基于有限元法,采用 ANSYS 软件对某型铸造用电动双梁桥式起重机进行了力学建模,完成了在特定工况下抗震和静力计算,得出了大车轮压值。结果表明,此桥式起重机在最大操作负荷加极限安全地震(SL-2)引起的载荷条件下能保持负载不掉落、不与建筑物发生碰撞。整机的抗震分析过程对同类设备具有良好的工程借鉴意义。

Based on the finite eLement method,this paper found the mechanicaL modeLing of a certain type of casting eLectric doubLe beam bridge crane,caLcuLate the earthquake and static Load under the particuLar conditions and get the cart wheeL pressure vaLue. The resuLts show that,the bridge crane can maintain the Load does not faLL,not with the buiLding of coLLision at maximum operating Load and uLtimate safety ground(SL - 2)Load conditions. In this paper, the seismic anaLysis process has good engineering reference significance for simiLar equipment.
