结合有限元分析的方法,研究层流冷却工艺参数对带钢宽度方向温度分布的影响;提出合理的边部遮挡工艺,并研究了遮挡量与板宽和板厚的关系,建立层流冷却边部遮挡量的经验公式。
結閤有限元分析的方法,研究層流冷卻工藝參數對帶鋼寬度方嚮溫度分佈的影響;提齣閤理的邊部遮擋工藝,併研究瞭遮擋量與闆寬和闆厚的關繫,建立層流冷卻邊部遮擋量的經驗公式。

The offecting factor of the laminar cooling to temperature distribution at width direction of hot rolling strip has been researched with FEM method.And the rational edge mask process has been estab-lished.Moreover,the relationship between edge mask and width & thickness of strip has been studied,and a empirical formula has been deduced about edge mask of laminar cooling.
