影响喷号效果的因素有喷嘴气压、喷嘴与铸坯之间距离、喷嘴角度、起弧电压、喂线速度以及铸坯喷号区域是否平整。现场试验喷号结果表明喷嘴气压越小,字迹越模糊,效果越差,尽量使用最大压力喷号;喷嘴与铸坯之间距离越近越喷号效果清晰,但是距离太近融化后的铝末容易将喷嘴堵塞,因此在保证喷号喷嘴不堵塞和字迹不发散的情况下,距离在20mm~25mm 效果最好;喷嘴之间距离为3mm~4mm,角度为40℃~45℃喷号效果最好;起弧电压越小,字迹越清晰;喂线速度越慢,字迹越发散。如果铸坯喷号区域不平整或者有毛刺,直接会导致喷号终止并损坏喷号设备。

There is the effect of nozzle pressure,the distance between the nozzle and the billet,the angle of the nozzle,the voltage,wire feed speed and slab marking area is analysised.Field test results show that noz-zle pressure is small,the handwriting is fuzzy,the worse the effect,as far as possible the use of maximum pres-sure to spray marking,the nearer of the nozzle and the billt,the mark spraying effect is clear,but the distance is too near melted aluminum easy to nozzle clogging,so the spray nozzle blockage and handwriting no cases diver-gence,the distance from the best in the 20~25mm effect;the nozzle distance is 3~4mm,40~45°angle marking effect is best;the voltage is small,writing more and more clear;the wire feeding speed is slower,writing more divergent.If not flat of the billet marking area or burr,will lead the marking machine stop,the spray equipment will be damaged.
