In this paper,the design of the coal injection system is summarized,and the economic benefit of this project also be calculated.A sensible distribution of shop,and the existing space and equipment can be made full use of in this project which can save the construction cost.Meanwhile,after reaching the production rate of blast furnace,it can reduce 134.15kg consumption as injecting 1 ton pulverized coal,cut the cost 31.043 million yuan per year and decrease the pollutant discharge 173.655 million ton per year in the iron making process.
