钢铁企业自备电站的循环冷却水中含有大量低品位热能，利用热泵技术，回收这部分热能加以利用，将产生很大的经济效益和社会效益。针对某钢厂煤气发电站及供热站进行技改方案分析，利用热泵技术回收发电站循环冷却水热量用于采暖供热，每个采暖期预计节约资金770．8万元，技改投资回收期为3．24年，符合国家节能减排方针，也为钢铁企业降本增效提供参考。

There is a lot of low grade heat energy in the circulating cooling water of the self-provided power station of steel plant.Recycling tries to use this part of the heat energy by using heat pump technology has a lot of economic and social benefits.In this paper,there is a analysis of the transformation for the steel plant of the blast furnace gas power station and heating station,the analysis is basing on the heat pump technol-ogy to recycle the heat of the circulating cooling water to use for heating,the analysis is expected to save 7.708 million yuan in a heating period,the payback period of investment of this scheme is 3.24 years,it accords with national energy-saving emission reduction policies,this paper also provides a reference for steel enterprise effi-ciency.
