简要介绍了山东泰钢不锈钢酸退线卷曲机组的卷取机钳口在使用过程中，出现压板断裂和钳口缸漏油影响钢卷质量的情况，经过现场对钳口压板和钳口缸的改进后，使用效果非常理想，根据实际情况的改造达到了使用的目的。

In this paper,the jaw plate fractur and jaw cylinder oil leaking of the coiler jaw in the curling unit for the shandong Taigang stainless steel annealing-pickling line is briofly indroduced,which has been influ-ence the quality of the steel coil.After the improvement of the jaw plate and the jaw cylinder,the use effect is very ideal,according to the actual situation of the transformation,the good effect is achieved.
