目的:建立测定双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂含量的高效液相色谱法。方法以甲醇-4%冰醋酸(70:30)为流动相,色谱柱为 CNW C18柱(150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),检测波长为276 nm。结果双氯芬酸钠质量浓度在51.600~1290.0μg / mL 范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,双氯芬酸钠的平均回收率为98.53%,RSD 为0.71%。结论该方法简单、灵敏度高,可用于双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂的含量测定。

목적:건립측정쌍록분산이을알유효제함량적고효액상색보법。방법이갑순-4%빙작산(70:30)위류동상,색보주위 CNW C18주(150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),검측파장위276 nm。결과쌍록분산납질량농도재51.600~1290.0μg / mL 범위내여봉면적정량호선성관계,쌍록분산납적평균회수솔위98.53%,RSD 위0.71%。결론해방법간단、령민도고,가용우쌍록분산이을알유효제적함량측정。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel. Methods The separation was performed on the CNW C18 column(150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol - 4% glacial acetic acid solution(70 : 30). The UV detection wavelength was set at 276 nm. Results The mass concentration of diclofenac diethylamine in the range of 51. 600 - 1 290. 0 μg / mL had a good linear relation with the peak area,the average recovery rate of diclofenac diethylamine was 98. 53% ,RSD = 0. 71% . Conclusion This method is simple,highly sensitive and can be used for the content determination of Di-clofenac Diethylamine Emulgel.
