目的:探讨舒筋接骨丸对长管状骨骨折患者的临床疗效及安全性,并分析其对形态发生蛋白(BMP -7)和血清瘦素(LEP)的影响。方法将196例长管状骨骨折患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各98例。两组均给予手法复位及内固定,对照组予以术后常规护理,治疗组加用舒筋接骨丸治疗,两组均连续治疗2周,比较患者治疗后的临床疗效、BMP -7和 LEP 的含量。结果治疗组总有效率为91.84%,明显高于对照组的71.43%,血清中 BMP -7和 LEP 的含量均显著高于对照组( P ﹤0.01);两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论舒筋接骨丸对长管状骨骨折有较好疗效,不良反应少,且能有效提高 BMP -7和 LEP 的含量,加快骨折愈合,值得临床推广。

목적:탐토서근접골환대장관상골골절환자적림상료효급안전성,병분석기대형태발생단백(BMP -7)화혈청수소(LEP)적영향。방법장196례장관상골골절환자수궤분위치료조화대조조,각98례。량조균급여수법복위급내고정,대조조여이술후상규호리,치료조가용서근접골환치료,량조균련속치료2주,비교환자치료후적림상료효、BMP -7화 LEP 적함량。결과치료조총유효솔위91.84%,명현고우대조조적71.43%,혈청중 BMP -7화 LEP 적함량균현저고우대조조( P ﹤0.01);량조환자균미출현명현불량반응。결론서근접골환대장관상골골절유교호료효,불량반응소,차능유효제고 BMP -7화 LEP 적함량,가쾌골절유합,치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Shujinjiegu Pills in treating long tubular bone fracture and to ana-lyze its influence on the bone morphogenetic protein - 7 (BMP - 7)and leptin(LEP). Methods 196 patients with long tubular bone fracture were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group 198 cases in each group. Both groups were given the manipulative reduction and the internal fixation. After surgery,the control group was given the routine postoperative care and the treat-ment group was given Shujinjiegu Pills additionally. And both groups were treated for continuous 2 weeks. The clinical effects,BMP - 7 and LEP contents after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate after treatment in the treat-ment group was 91. 84% ,which was significantly higher than 71. 43% in the control group;the serum contents of BMP - 7 and LEP in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 01). No obvious adverse reactions occurred during treatment in the two groups. Conclusion Shujinjiegu Pills in treating long tubular bone fracture has better effect and few adverse reac-tions,can effectively improve the content of BMP - 7 and LEP,accelerate fracture healing,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
