目的:探讨复方黄龙胶囊的抗凝血、纤维蛋白溶解作用。方法按试剂盒说明书对复方黄龙胶囊进行动物活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)的测定。用常规方法测定体外凝血时间(CT)、血块溶解时间(BLT)、优球蛋白溶解时间(ELT)。采用纤维蛋白平板法测定复方黄龙胶囊纤溶活性。结果复方黄龙胶囊体内外能明显延长APTT,PT,TT;与对照组比较,大、小剂量给药组BLT及ELT明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义( P﹤0.05或 P﹤0.01);在普通纤维蛋白平板和加热平板上能溶解纤维蛋白。结论复方黄龙胶囊具有抗凝作用,能直接溶解纤维蛋白。

목적:탐토복방황룡효낭적항응혈、섬유단백용해작용。방법안시제합설명서대복방황룡효낭진행동물활화부분응혈활매시간(APTT)、응혈매원시간(PT)、응혈매시간(TT)적측정。용상규방법측정체외응혈시간(CT)、혈괴용해시간(BLT)、우구단백용해시간(ELT)。채용섬유단백평판법측정복방황룡효낭섬용활성。결과복방황룡효낭체내외능명현연장APTT,PT,TT;여대조조비교,대、소제량급약조BLT급ELT명현축단,차이균유통계학의의( P﹤0.05혹 P﹤0.01);재보통섬유단백평판화가열평판상능용해섬유단백。결론복방황룡효낭구유항응작용,능직접용해섬유단백。
Objective To study the anticogagulation and fibrinolytic effects of Huanglong Capsule. Methods The activated partial throm-boplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),clotting time(CT)and fibrinogen(Fib)content in animals were deter-mined by the reagent kit according to the instruction book;the blood - clot lysis time(BLT)and euglobulin lysis test(ELT)were deter-mined by the routine method and the fibrinolytic activity was determined by the fibrin plate method. Results Huanglong Capsule could obviously prolong APTT,PT and TT in vitro,and decreased the Fib content. Compared with the normal saline control group,BLT and ELT in the large dose and small dose groups were significantly shortened with the statistical difference( P ﹤ 0. 05 or P ﹤ 0. 01). Huang-long Capsule could dissolve fibrin on the common fibrin plate and heating plate. Conclusion Huanglong Capsule has obvious anticoagu-lation and fibrinolytic effect and can directly dissolve fibrin.
