随着介入心血管学的发展,医用植入材料不断更新,含铜材料的问世为血管介入治疗提供全新的材料。铜是人体必需微量元素,在维持人体正常新陈代谢过程中起着重要作用。血管内皮细胞作为重要的血管屏障,分泌众多生物活性物质,在调节血管张力、保持血液正常流动等方面发挥着重要作用。实验表明内皮细胞功能受损的状态下发现铜离子水平偏离正常,而铜离子水平过高或过低又能加重内皮细胞功能损伤。本文围绕当内皮细胞功能受到各种损伤风险时,阐述铜离子水平在维持血管内皮细胞正常功能发挥的重要作用,为含铜医用材料的应用提供新思路。

With the development of interventional cardiovascular science ,medical implant material continually updated .The advent of copper containing material for intravascular interventional treatment provides a new material .Copper as an essential trace element ,plays an important role in maintaining normal metabolic processes .Vascular endothelial cells as an important human vascular barrier ,plays an important role in the regulation of vascular tone ,maintaining normal blood flow ,etc .Experimental results show that under the state of endothelial dysfunction ,levels of copper ions deviate from the normal level ,and if the level is too high or too low the copper ions can aggravate the injury of endothelial cells .This paper focuses on the study when various endothelial cell function is under the risk of being injured ,and reviews an important role that the levels of copper ions plays in maintaining normal function of vascular endothelial cells .It can provide a new idea for the application of medical copper materials .
